I know how badly you want this.

I know what it’s like to feel motivated and ready to get healthy, but at the same time, I also understand that sinking feeling you get when you go to actually put your plan into motion and you have to “restart” every Monday morning.

You know the one…

When Sunday afternoon you say to yourself, “That’s it!  I feel terrible. I’m so sick of feeling this way. I will pack myself a healthy lunch, take the dog for a walk after work and not eat that ice cream in the fridge after supper.

When you’re sitting at your computer…

And you have that feeling  of wanting to put something in your mouth to help you get through the next hour…

Having overslept, so didn’t get a chance to prepare anything healthy in your lunch bag.

So you grab for the snack drawer and decide, “oh well”... I will do better tomorrow...

How to Full-Proof the Failure to Getting Healthy!

(Not to mention, that’s taking  the hard road without impacting lasting change.)

Which is why you’ve already learned that if you have a “Fuel First” Approach, it doesn’t matter what healthy motion, meals, or other habits you add next to your get healthy plan…

Or how much time you have…

You can get healthy quickly with lasting change on little spare time!

Well, this is the third blog post of this series…

And I’m going to show you the next step when it comes to taking action on YOUR most successful Get-Healthy journey yet…

And actually create lasting change in the process...


Now, at this point, I’m sure you’re excited about using the 3 simple fueling habits to fast track your health revealed in my last blog…

Especially without having to do time sucking exercise at the gym that you might be used to...

...You know, the treadmill, elliptical, going to classes, working your way  through the machines, ... right?!

But, you must also be feeling a little intimidated by this whole thing.

How can you actually make this work for you given that you truly don’t have a lot of time to do the research, plan, prep, shop, cook, and on and on...

We’ve already hit on Why Meal Replacements Don’t Work for Lasting  Change.

And maybe you’ve tried to get healthy before using grocery store foods and fell flat…

Changing up your eating habits is great in theory, but maybe in reality, it seems not all it’s cracked up to be.

So you’re not sure that this new approach is just a waste of time...

 

Well, if this sounds familiar, the first thing I want to tell you today is…

You’re not alone.

And it’s totally not your fault.

There is SO much advice floating around out there when it comes to eating  healthy…

It can be so hard to know which parts to take, and which parts to leave.

All the gurus out there want to tell you to dedicate the majority of your time to eating more kale and drinking more smoothies…

That it’s going to cost you an arm and a leg to eat organic…

That convoluted meal prep and lengthy cooking lessons are your best bet to eating healthy for success.

Ugh.

If you’ve struggled to sift through the healthy eating jargon and  fad diets and make actual progress on your health goals with the time and money invested…

And struggled...

It’s truly not your fault!   

You see…

If the gurus make it complicated for you… you’ll have to keep going back to the them to translate the  advice and buy their overpriced programs.

The difference in my get-healthy, fuel first approach is that I’m not here to tell you how you can make drastic changes to your lifestyle (though, I know that’ll happen anyway)…

Nope, I’m here to help you make it simple, on little time,  with what you actually spend your money on at the store!


To help you see the grocery store, not as pit where your credit card goes to die…

But as a powerful platform which you already frequent and you can start transforming your health & wellness, one grocery store shopping trip at a time...

And from what you bring into your home,or as I like to call it, the “fuel” you bring home...

And how often you eat or “fuel”…

And what types of foods you pair together…

You can reset your metabolism, kick that plateau, feel good without the hunger and finish that transformation off!

....All while forming lasting healthy shopping habits ….BONUS!

Sounds simple, right?

That’s where the ‘Fuel First’ part of this approach shines.

Because if you’ve read the previous posts, you know…

Working really hard at the gym is going about  it the hard way.

In fact, if you chose the gym (which you know I do encourage healthy motion routines AFTER we conquer the Fuel First Approach) to be most productive with your gym workouts you’ll  want to fuel even more!...

...with the right foods that is :)

So, I’d say, take the easy road and focus on your fuelings first.

You can make a big impact in your first week alone without needing to find extra time to fit in the  dreaded “exercise.”

AND...what would it do for you if, you had your shopping lists, simple meal plans, and plateau busting blueprint already set up and in place for you?

Take Control of Your Health this Spring.... 3 Hacks to Get it Done!

If you are sick of setting the same health goals again and again, and not getting to where you want to be to make  it stick, then this blog post is for you!

A few years ago, my world looked pretty different.

I was helping  my clients use meal replacement products in order to help them meet their health goals.

It was pretty awesome at first.

Clients  who had struggled with their weight, had medical issues related to poor eating, experienced poor sleep, had a lack of energy, or just plain were not feeling  great ….

 

After just one week of using  these meal replacements for EVERY meal...

My clients were  feeling better by the end of the first week! 

It  was so easy to instruct them to eat these already portion controlled meal replacements.

I helped  to cheer-lead them through the rough days and connected them back to the company’s customer service for any issues.

Cake walk!

People were losing major amounts of weight quickly as long as they stuck to the very strict  plan of eating these meal replacements each day.

Clients started feeling better by the end of week 2.

They were sleeping better by the end of week 3.

After several months using the meal replacements their doctors were making  changes to their medical regimen because their health stats were improving!

This was INCREDIBLE!  

I had NEVER seen this before.

FAST RESULTS ON LITTLE TIME.

This had been my mission for some time.
