During your free personal consultation as part of the Does IT Fit™ 30+ Day Lifestyle Program, your DIF Health Coach will discuss your current habits, challenges, stresses, sleep patterns, support, food allergies, food preferences, your current medications, and any current exercise program you follow. After your consultation, we will have a better understanding of your goals and how we can help you. In your program, you will have several levels of support, education, and tools to choose from. On occasion, your health concerns may not be a good fit for health coaching alone, and if so, we will discuss a referral. We highly recommend obtaining a physician’s consent before making a change in your health regimen, particularly if you have special health concerns.
